Linda Swaine serves as the Director of Articulation and Assessment at Florida State University’s School of Library and Information Studies. She teaches human resource management for information professionals; management of information organizations; and grant writing, administration, and evaluation. She brings a wealth of experience in the information profession including experience working in academic, public, and school libraries and teaching high school English. She received a doctorate in leadership in higher education from the University of Central Florida and master's and specialist degrees in library and information studies from Florida State University.
Her research interest focuses on the library's role facilitating the learning process.
