Warren Allen joined the School of Information in the Fall of 2013. He teaches courses in social media, social network analysis, and human-centered design and conducts research on the role of the social networks and social media in our social, civic, and professional lives. His background includes extensive experience in I.T. and information security management, working in engineering, consulting, and management capacities for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Department of Education, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other government and commercial organizations.
