My doctoral work focuses on a significant research problem: a lack of available LGBTQ+ population health data. This research problem is significant because LGBTQ+ populations are largely invisible in big health data and experience health disparities. I work to find sensible and ethical solutions to make minority populations more visible/accessible in big health data.

For fun, I enjoy running, traveling, and spending quality time with good friends, fur-persons, and family.

I am a West Virginia native: Let’s Go… Mountaineers!
