Katrina Cripe is the Communication and Early Childhood Research and Practice (CEC-RAP) Center Coordinator and the project manager and technology coordinator for multiple state-funded contracts. Katrina's interests include exploring the feasibility and effectiveness of developing and technology-based internal coaching program to train early intervention providers to coach team members in Family Guided Routines Based Intervention (FGRBI), as well as how to use a video observation platform to develop and sustain fidelity and reliability of EI providers and coaches implementing the FGRBI coaching model or fidelity measure across state agencies.
