Braidyn Lazenby
Hi there!
My name is Braidyn Lazenby. I am thrilled to be an Assistant Professor here at FSU. My research interests include interpersonal health communication –specifically how we talk about our bodies and food– and how those conversations influence health outcomes and health behaviors. Some of my previous research has focused on stigmatized conditions, eating disorders, and fad diets among many other things. I love chatting about health communication, so feel free to stop by my office, email me, or check out my work through my Google Scholar profile here: Braidyn Lazenby - Google Scholar Profile
In my spare time I love learning new hobbies, finding live music, engaging with the local wildlife here in Florida, and spending time with my retired racing greyhound, Sasha. I am also an avid sports fan and enjoy cheering on all of my teams in all of the sports. I have enough spirit to span Bama, Texas, and now FSU.
Go Noles!
