    Rajesh Das

    Rajesh Das is currently a PhD student in the School of Information at Florida State University. He completed his BA and MA in Information Science & Library Management from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. After graduation, he co-founded “The Librarian Times,” the first professional news platform in Librarianship and information science of Bangladesh, and have been actively involved in various community development initiatives. In 2017, he joined as a faculty member at Noakhali Science & Technology university in Bangladesh. He is also involved with several professional organizations, including ASIS&T, ISSI, 4S, and ADHO.

    His primary research interests within information science include: data curation & management; scholarly and science communication; knowledge organization & diffusion; science & technology studies; human information behavior.

    He enjoys volunteering with citizen science projects, practicing yoga and meditation, cooking, and listening to classical music in his free time.
