Jiwoo Seo
Ph.D. Student and Graduate Assistant
I am deeply interested in interdisciplinary research, with experience spanning leading companies and a university library. I began in Computer Engineering before transitioning to Library and Information Science, which aligned better with my interests. My academic background includes research on Information Retrieval and Digital Libraries at the undergraduate level, and Ontology-based data modeling and Natural Language Processing (NLP) R&D during my master’s studies. Currently, my research focuses on biomedical ontologies, and I am also interested in AI education and Explainable AI (XAI). For more details, please refer to my CV or LinkedIn profile, and feel free to reach out with any questions or potential collaboration opportunities.
