Biography
I serve as Associate Director of Academic and Student Affairs in the School of Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University, where I lead initiatives related to academic programming, student success, curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation. Drawing on extensive experience as a speech-language pathologist, clinical educator, and academic leader, I work collaboratively with faculty, students, and community partners to strengthen educational quality and foster meaningful learning experiences across undergraduate and graduate programs.
My professional interests center on clinical education, leadership development, curriculum innovation, and workforce development within the communication sciences and disorders professions. I am particularly passionate about creating pathways that support student success, mentoring future professionals, and building connections between academic and clinical training. Through my work, I seek to advance educational excellence while preparing students to meet the diverse communication needs of individuals, families, and communities.
