Paul Dam is the Director of Live Production and Instruction in the College of Communication & Information (CCI) at Florida State University.
Paul is an award-winning technical director and production manager with over 28 years of experience in national news, sports, and public media. He leads FSU Live, the College's professional live-production service, where he bridges industry-standard broadcast coverage with hands-on student mentorship. His expertise spans the full spectrum of live production, from technical engineering and 3D motion graphics to high-stakes directing for networks like ESPN, CBS, PBS, and FOX.

Paul oversees the launch and and operation of FSU Live, providing broadcast-quality coverage for:
